Review of Village Enseada Hotel: The Village Enseada Hotel offers a delightful stay with its superb beachfront location. The attentive bar staff, who even keep an eye on your belongings while you swim, add a special touch to the experience. The food is both delicious and generously portioned. I also appreciated the hotel's handicapped accessibility, making it welcoming for all guests. The only minor downside is the key card system needed for the air conditioning. On very hot days, I suggest detaching the key card from the keychain to maintain a cool room temperature. Overall, the Village Enseada Hotel is an excellent choice for a relaxing and inclusive beachside getaway. This hotel is fair overall. Parking experience is not good. Accomodations are fair at best. Restaurant & bar are ok. Personnel lack training and generally do not provide a good service. The area offered on the beach sand is great, which is the only thing that could justify staying here, taking in account the unfair amount it costs. Most probably I will not come back. The above is my opinion, based on the experience I had. I did read good reviews before I came, and maybe that was one of the main reasons for my disappointment.

the room had everything you need, very clean, with nice view on the ocean. everything worked properly. My shower was broken (no hot water), i told Host about it and in 2 min they changed my room to another one. The Hosts are very attentive …

One of the worst services I've ever experienced. It is impossible to talk to them by phone and they charged me values not agreed upon in my credit card.
